First thing first, those celebrity showed above ,hired almost the best personal trainer that u and me might not afford to pay.However,this doesnt mean that u can build a body like them.
Below is my own experience and few tips that wana share:
A) 3 VITAL MUST KNOW information
i)WORK HARD ii)EAT CLEAN iii)REST WELL

WORK HARD

BS:I been training like 2 hours 6 days a week am i not hard enough?????
Hard enough but in a dumb way.If u got genetic like ARNOLD, then STOP reading.

EAT CLEAN:

BS:Diet sxxk!! I hate DIET.Is just too hard to follow.
DO not fear when heard the word DIET.The word diet, simply mean the meal that u are having on your ordinary day.Everyone is having their diet now.A lots of people feel scare, when they heard the word diet.It doesnt mean DIE when "T" taken out.Instead, it mean TIDE,when "T" and "I" put at the front.Having a healthy diet such as Paleolithic Diet (Type www.fitnessgogogo.com for more about this diet if the hyperlink is not working) is always good to improve your health level.Some suggested that, Paleolithic Diet is the best diet.Anyway,eat clean really mean no Mc Donald(YOU ARE NOT LOVING IT),Pizza,KFC or any junk food,or food that contain high percentage of fat.However for a skinny guy to gain muscle eating 30% of your intake from fat is critical for boosting testosterone levels.Click here to learn more how to maximize muscle growth.Eat tonnes of vegetable,fruits and also lean meat.Follow TIDE on your diet.If u can follow tidely,reward yourself a Big Mac or Wicked Wings(Cheat meal).


Rest Well:

BS:I been sleeping like 8 hours form 2am to 10 am not enough!!!
From the statment above,yeas u gotsufficient of sleep.According to the "rule" you should be able to gain some musles.However, the problem is here,you will probably missed out two meals by the time u finnaly get up from your bed ,watch some YouTube,listen to your favourite music ,brush your teeth ,so on and so on.Your body have starved 8 hours during your sleep time.Some professional suggested that down a protein shake first think when u wake up.NO FOOD NO GAIN.Sleep at latest 12am wake up at 8am.Drink your protein and make your first breakfast.Nothing fancy .Omellete with vegetable or cook some oat meal.Then morning snack at round 10am -11am.Keep your metabolism running.Eat at least 6 small meals per day.

The last words that i really wana share is be CONSISTENT, MOTIVATED,WORK HARD AND SMART.
